Therapeutic or Reflective writing is a creative practice that can help people tap into their unconscious thoughts and offer insights. I can offer 1-1 help or small groups. You don’t have to be a writer to benefit from this - you can just have an interest in the process. Different practices can be covered using short prose, journalling, and poetry. Breath coaching

This breath coaching is based on yoga breathing techniques. It has been practiced for for hundreds of years to help with balancing and cleansing the nervous system and endocrine system. Regular practice can help with day to day emotions and some physical problems. These sessions are delivered online via zoom.

The standard program for breath coaching is 4 weeks. We meet once per week for 30 minutes and you will learn breathing practices for you to do daily.
