Self understanding leads to self acceptance and this gives you choices about how you live with aspects of yourself that you want to understand better or you want to change.

I provide a space for you to talk freely through your thoughts, feelings, and behaviour. I won’t offer advice or tell you what to do, but by listening deeply we can understand more about what’s keeping you stuck or unhappy, or simply tired out. Or maybe you don’t know what to do next or why something feels missing. Talking to someone trained to listen and who can understand you can be a huge relief.
I’m an experienced, fully qualified, registered and accredited BACP Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor.
My therapeutic work brings together a number of modalities:
Psychodynamic and relational practice

Somatic embodied awareness
Trauma informed practice
This blend of approaches help you think at depth about where you are in your life and your difficulties. I often work with people who are makers and creators, and with those who want to find their creative selves . I’m very experienced with young adults (18+), Highly Sensitive People and neurodiverse people.
