Work with Me …

I’m a qualified, registered and accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).  I achieved a Masters degree (level 7) in counselling and psychotherapy.

I have years of analytical training and ongoing continuing professional development.

I offer psychodynamic supervision - qualified with SDS Accreditation in Clinical Supervision, Level 2 (AAC), and I completed extensive and in-depth supervisory training with the British Psychotherapy Foundation.

I bring lots of life experience to my role as a psychotherapist.  I have a special understanding of introvert personality types and highly sensitive people. As well as private practice, my counselling and psychotherapy roles have spanned the NHS, the voluntary sector, and with young people (18+) in Higher Education.
